Here's the ground rules: March is the third month.....call it 3. It's 2010...call it 10. 3 x 10 = 30, your base number. Add to 30 the total of any dates you book during March, and that's your nightly rate.
EXAMPLE: You reserve March 12 & 13--total 25. 30 + 25 = $55. your nightly rate for those 2 nights + applicable 12% tax. Total for the 2-night stay: $123.20.
COMPARE: Regular rate is $109 minimum. Total for 2-night stay: $244.16.
