Room Availability:   The Inn is open 7 days a week from November, 2009  through June 20, 2010.  We will be closed on Mondays only from June 21 thru September 27.  From Memorial Day thru October 23,  visits that include a Saturday require a two-night minimum.

Reservations:  Can be made thru the "Book Now" link on this website, by e-mail (artesian@ncis.net) or by calling 715/779-3338.

Deposit:  Sorry, credit cards are not accepted.   A deposit check for the first night's stay (or 50% of the rate for a one-night reservation) is requested within 10 days of making the reservation.  Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellations & Refunds:  A full refund of deposit is provided for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to date of stay.  For cancellations after that date, the deposit is refunded as a gift certificate.

Rates & Payment:  Rates are listed with room information elsewhere on this website.  Payment is by cash or personal check at checkout.

Smoking:  For the comfort of our guests, we accept only non-smokers.

Children:  Always welcome; please inquire about young children so we can discuss the room arrangement that best meets your needs.

Pets:  This is a pet-free inn.

Special Needs Guests:  The Bleige Room is designed to assist those with special needs.  Please inquire.  

Parking:  A parking area close to the inn is lighted and has plug-ins for winter.

Check-In/Check-Out:  Check in after 3 p.m.; check out  by 11 a.m.

Breakfast:  A full breakfast is served, including:  coffee or tea, juice, granola with enhancements, a main course featuring an egg dish (quiche, omelet etc.) or sweet dish (pancake, french toast etc.) and, as appropriate, pastry.  It's helpful to know about special dietary requirements at the time the reservation is made.
